A Nostalgic Legacy

Our journey began back in 1989, when businessman Ed Moore and Chef Paul Bash opened the first The Purple Cow location on Cantrell Road in Little Rock. Inspired by the classic diners of the 1950s, this location quickly became a community favorite. Since then, we've grown while staying true to our roots. With locations across Little Rock, Hot Springs, Conway, and North Little Rock, we've become a cornerstone of Arkansas dining while maintaining that unique Purple Cow charm.
